Summary
The Senior Manager, Project Management oversees eROI’s Project Management team and leads eROI internal teams in project management and deliverable execution driving scalable successes across the agency’s partnerships. Working with direct reports in forecasting, performance management, program implementation and proactively improving workflow operations to improves agency’s core competencies. This role requires digital experience and a strong understanding of managing personalized digital marketing programs across email, web, and social.
The Senior Manager, Project Management is ingrained into eROI’s partnerships and internal processes. They are aware and in-tune with the day-to-day operations of the Partner Service team and actively immerse themselves in projects to bring new insights and strategic ideas to the eROI team. They also aid in kicking-off new partnerships and align the team’s initial trajectory for ongoing success.
This team member is also responsible for the growth and mentorship of the Project Management team including meeting with team members regularly providing guidance and growth opportunities.
This role keeps a keen eye on the integrity of work, scope proposals, and works closely with the Senior Manager, Accounts, to monitor financial health and resources to maintain balance and deliver excellence.
Tasks + Expectations:
Lead: Outlines projects and concepts for implementation with the Project Management team tailored to enhancing and growing eROI’s efficiencies while scaling the team’s capabilities.
Advise: Builds a reputation as a trusted partner consultant, immersed in partner’s company, brand, products/services, industry, and competitive environment. Advise on strategies and decisions in collaboration with all agency departments that will build the book of business with the partner. Proactively recommend new solutions to the partner by forecasting future business challenges.
Mentor: Manages and mentor team members ensuring adherence to eROI values and processes, including oversight of onboarding, training, performance reviews and growth plans. Fosters collaboration across departments, promoting respect and breadth of knowledge. Teaches direct reports to help our partners to approach their digital marketing efforts more effectively to exceed business goals. Ensure that any training or onboarding materials are kept current and socialized appropriately.
Manage: Manage (in partnership with VP Partner Services) initiatives focused on sustainable account growth, financial health, forecasting and efficiency opportunities. Analyze, document and report key insights, challenges, and opportunities. Oversee partnership health as well as conflict management across teams.
Plan: Manage financial forecasting and reporting. Drive new strategic planning systems and processes to ensure accurate billing and payment. Create clear, synthesized statements of work (SOWs), estimates, proposals and creative briefs. Follow established approval processes for SOW approval and partner billing.
Organize: Maintain account service-related documents such as financial planning documents, partner proposals, and account plans. Adhere to best practices in regards to infrastructure and process. Ensure projects and campaigns are kept on track while new strategic ideas and concepts are contributed by all reports.
Present: Confident ability to organize and lead presentations with partners, senior leadership, and agency staff. Collaborate with partners in discussions to provide insights and information related to project deliverables, contingencies, and implications on a scope.
Assure Quality: Manage and actively contribute to eROI QA standards, as well as team adherence across the agency. Oversee accuracy and quality of all communications and efforts.
Grow: Take an active role with senior leadership on driving partnership growth above and beyond current benchmarks. Demonstrate continued pursuit of personal and professional growth and industry education.

Requirements:
- 7-10 years of project management experience with, and passion for, working with brands in a digital agency environment
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- Accomplished business driver with strong record of partner engagement, retention, and growth
- Proven managerial skills and the ability to develop staff and teams
- Willingness to occasionally travel (less than 5% of time) and attend industry events
